My Story
My journey began as a researcher in the field of Sociology of Religion, at Ecole de Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris (EHESS).

In 2018, I completed my PhD thesis, "The Jewish Buddhists: Individualism, Boundaries and Bricolage in Global Culture," which explored the intersection between Judaism and Buddhism.

Parallel to my academic research, I've also delved into the world of Jewish spirituality and meditation.

Despite growing up very far from Judaism and religion in general, I always had a strong sense of spirituality.
In 2003, I began practicing Zen meditation and became increasingly interested in meditative traditions within Judaism, and eventually started teaching Jewish meditation lessons in 2013.

I've completed several meditation teacher programs with schools such as the Mindfulness Training Institute (MTI) and the Institute for Jewish Spirituality (IJS).

My love for Torah and the Jewish tradition also led me to pursue a Smicha ordination with Beit Midrash Har’el, led by Rabbi Daniel Sperber.

I live in Tel Aviv with my husband Matan and our dog Nissim.

When I'm not teaching or studying, I enjoy painting, singing, and teaching yoga.
